This style of Decoration became very unpopular after 1810 or so. Most of the dates I've seen on similar pieces has been Circa 1780. Red was often a dominant color on decoration of this era. It's one of the first common hallmarks to look for. It was rarely used as a *main* decorating feature after this time period in this style of glass. You'll notice how everything is hand done in this intricate Georgian pattern. Even the gold chain has little irregularities.
