744 -- Milchglas late 18th century vase Bohemian, Harrach NeuWelt

This style of Decoration became very unpopular after 1810 or so. Most of the dates I've seen on similar pieces has been Circa 1780. Red was often a dominant color on decoration of this era. It's one of the first common hallmarks to look for. It was rarely used as a *main* decorating feature after this time period in this style of glass. You'll notice how everything is hand done in this intricate Georgian pattern. Even the gold chain has little irregularities.
